All Orta products are covered by a free 2-year warranty, valid for 730 days from the date of purchase, as stated on your receipt or order confirmation.

The warranty covers technical faults arising from normal use.

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period and you can provide valid proof of purchase, Orta will replace the product free of charge.

What is not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover:
